Of course, we hope that you will be happy with the service we provide you. If, however, you have any complaint about the service provided to you, you should take the following steps.

  1. Contact your adviser designated client representative and tell your adviser them about your complaint.
  2. If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within 3 days, please contact the Complaints Officer or put your complaint in writing and send it to us addressed to:
