Before you can become a client, you need to complete, sign and return a Client Services Agreement to us. The Agreement includes our Trading Terms, CHESS Sponsorship Terms and various forms that require completion. We particularly draw your attention to the Introduction on pages 2-4 of the Client Services Agreement, which explains how to complete the Agreement. A copy is available by clicking on the link:
If you require a copy of an individual form contained in the Agreement, you can simply click on the below links:
- Authority to Operate Account for Individual / Joint Accounts (Section F) or Corporate Accounts (Section G);
- Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity for Directors of Company (Section H);
- Change of Sponsoring Participant form (Section I);
- Direct Credit of Proceeds of Account (for banking details)
(Section J); and - Documentation via Email Authority (for email forwarding of confirmations (contract notes) and other documentation)
